Tenet
Description: Christopher Nolan bends time, physics, and your brain.
Rating: 10./10
I watched Tenet knowing it’s one of Christopher Nolan’s less universally praised movies and knowing the science in this sci-fi was going to be heavy.
Did I rewind several times trying to understand exactly what was happening? Yes.
Did I go down a rabbit hole of entropy and thermodynamics? Also yes.
Do I still need at least two more rewatches to fully get it? Definitely.
But was it a great movie? Absolutely.
Tenet, I fully believe, was made to be watched, rewatched, and unraveled; piece by piece, scene by scene. Maybe the audience isn’t ready for that yet. Maybe they want easily consumable, fast-paced stories.
But if you’re willing to dive in and think hard, it’s a masterpiece.
